“TA-Style Kano Saginomiya” 3D Character Rig Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the conditions for the use of the “TA-Style Kano Saginomiya” 3D Character Rig (hereinafter referred to as “the Data”).
By using the Data, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Copyright)
The Data constitutes a derivative work. The copyright of the Data belongs to TA Inc. (https://xta.co.jp). Copyright is not waived.
The original copyright belongs to Gumming Inc.

Article 3 (Scope of Use)
Personal Use
　Use for personal creations, SNS posts, and portfolios is permitted.
　Credit is not required.

Corporate Use
　Use for research purposes only, such as SNS posts or technical blog publications, is permitted.
　Credit is not required.

Commercial Use
　Commercial use is permitted only with prior approval.
　If you wish to use the Data for commercial purposes, please contact TA Inc. in advance.
　Please note that TA Inc. does not grant rights related to original works that are not included in the Data.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
The following actions are strictly prohibited:

– Redistribution of the Data (including modified versions)
– Secondary distribution or sale of the Data
– Use of the Data for defamation, political or religious expression, or any acts contrary to public order and morals
– Claiming modified versions of the character as your own creation
– Selling modified versions of the Data or receiving compensation from their distribution
– Uploading the Data to online services or metaverse platforms such as VRChat, cluster, or Second Life
– Using the Data in explicit sexual or violent content, or any content that implies such expressions

Article 5 (Modification)
Modification of the Data is permitted for personal use.
However, even after modification, if the Data retains its identity as the original, these Terms shall continue to apply.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)
TA Inc. assumes no responsibility for any trouble or damages arising from the use of the Data.

Article 7 (Changes to the Terms)
These Terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Any changes will be published at https://xta.co.jp, and all matters related to the Data will be governed by the updated Terms.
